Privacy notice

This notice explains how Bundle Bathrooms uses the details you give us.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, details about your bathroom and any photos you send us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to prepare and send your quote, arrange a survey and fit your bathroom if you go ahead. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job records for as long as we need them for guarantees, accounts and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email quotes@bundlebathrooms.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
